SITREP Defined and Structure

SITREP is a contraction for Situation Report. This honestly is not a forum that should receive much usage. ONLY situations of grave consequence for the Nation or members of the militia should ever be posted here. This is not the forum for asking questions, AT ANY TIME as the initial post. Only information that has been verified, through multiple sources, and found to be consistent should be reported in this forum. After the initial post if you have questions pertaining to the topic at hand then you may inquire (ask questions) of the thread starter additional information, and for follow up information.

The format to be used will be S.I.T.R.E.P.. I know there are other formats but being as this forum is named SITREP, Please follow this method of arranging your posts. This also gives practice in one form of information sharing and may someday help eliminate confusion of facts when it is of the utmost importance.

S-Situation answers What is going on, Who is doing it
I -Importance answers How & to what degree this is important to the effected area and/or the militia as a whole
T -Territory- answers Where it is happening
R -Reconnaissance answers Relative information ascertained, Information Sources
E -Expanded Information gives any additional explanation of Situation at hand
P-Potential Response gives Potential expected action to be taken by militia at this time.
